Cecily Strong as Tulsi Gabbard

Wow she's perfect. Just perfect. They both have dark hair, brown eyes and similar dreamy features. The hot, evil villain thing is indeed very hot, but in reality is a bit premature. I'm looking forward to seeing more of Tulsi and more of Cecily as Tulsi as well. They are both so dreamy :)
